Grant Application
Grant Eligibility & Requirements:
To be considered for funding, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a registered Arizona 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
- Serve disadvantaged or underserved populations in alignment with our mission
- Support one or more focus areas: Youth Programs, Health & Human Services, or Public Safety
- Projects must be ready for implementation within 6 months of award
- Grant dollars must be spent down within 12 months of award
- Submit a clear project budget and describe how funds will be used
- Demonstrate measurable community impact and willingness to share outcomes
- Open to recognition opportunities, site visits, and partnership engagement throughout the year
- Recipients will be expected to provide a brief impact report (numbers served, outcomes, photos/stories when available) within 12 months of funding
Note: Website sessions time out after 2 hours. To avoid a website error, we recommend that you prepare your answers and any required attachments in advance. Then, when you are ready to submit, you can readily upload and copy/paste your answers into the application.
