With a heart for helping others and a love for books, she read aloud to a group of children staying at the family shelter, bringing smiles, laughter, and a welcome break from their daily routines

Lerner and Rowe Gives Back is honored to once again support PANDA (People Acting Now Discovering Answers) and their inspiring Children Helping Children Annual Fashion Show and Luncheon. This year’s theme, On the Wings of Dreams, featured Addie and Brixton Rowe walking the runway in a heartfelt celebration of hope, resilience, and youth philanthropy.

At the core of PANDA’s mission is a commitment to children–both in raising funds for cutting-edge pediatric research and in inspiring community youth to become the next generation of philanthropists. 

PANDA community youth models participate in lemonade stands, raffles, patient care baskets, and other hands-on efforts leading up to the big day. So, what once was a one-day fashion event has grown into a yearlong journey filled with service and giving back.

In addition to community models, the event also features Patient Models–children who represent the powerful outcomes of PANDA-funded research at the Steele Children’s Research Center, Arizona’s leader in pediatric medical innovation.

For 25 years, PANDA has championed medical breakthroughs that improve children’s lives across the state. Lerner and Rowe is proud to stand behind this mission and encourage others to get involved.

As a sponsor of their recent Where Hope Lives Gala, team members had the opportunity to attend and hear firsthand stories of triumph. 

Stephanie Parks shared the following remarks about the gala, “It was a powerful night listening to the story of a survivor and her fight out of trafficking.

There was not a dry eye listening to her story and how brave she was to escape. This gala is always so eye opening.”

On Saturday, April 5, Lerner and Rowe Gives Back proudly supported the 2025 Croquet for a Cure—a heartfelt community event raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s research. Proceeds benefited the HonorHealth Foundation’s Myles & Hermanda O’Connor Fund, which supports advanced care and the search for a cure for memory-related diseases.

Event founder Meg Seoane launched Croquet for a Cure in memory of her mother, who passed away from a rare form of dementia. Her vision was to bring people together to support families affected by these devastating conditions and to fund vital research through the HonorHealth Foundation.

This premier fundraising event fuels the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation’s mission to uplift our community by supporting critical programs that provides:

• Indigent healthcare and children’s services
• Resources for veterans, police, teachers, first responders, and firefighters

Lerner & Rowe Gives Back was honored to sponsor the 2025 Wish Ball: Art of Wishes, an unforgettable evening dedicated to supporting Make-A-Wish Arizona in its mission to grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

This year’s event was particularly special, celebrating 45 years of Make-A-Wish Arizona’s impact. With a goal to grant 475 wishes, the evening brought together more than 900 attendees, all united in their commitment to bringing hope and joy to wish kids and their families.

Beyond the fundraising, the event was a powerful reminder of the impact a wish can have. Attendees had the opportunity to meet wish kids and hear their inspiring stories firsthand. As our own Christa L. shared:

“The Make-A-Wish Gala is always a fun-filled and emotional night. The opportunity to be a part of helping make wishes come true for so many children is amazing!”

We are incredibly proud to continue our support of Make-A-Wish Arizona and to be part of a community that rallies together to create moments of joy and inspiration for wish kids across the state.

For a third year in a row our team has volunteered with our partners at Opportunity Enterprises to prepare clients for the “Night to Shine” event. 

OE services individuals with intellectual disabilities. Night to Shine is a prom-like event started by the Tim Tebow Foundation.

Many of OE’s clients attend this annual event, and our team is happy to volunteer as part of the glam squad! Clients show up for an afternoon of getting pampered with hair and makeup to prepare for their big night.

We look forward to more years of volunteering for this extraordinary cause!

The 5th Annual Something So Worth It All Abilities Marketplace was another successful event, uniting the community for a day filled with joy, inclusivity, and inspiration. This uplifting event highlighted the talents of young entrepreneurs—both with and without disabilities—providing them a platform to showcase their creativity and dedication. Families came together to support these remarkable children as they managed their vendor booths, offering everything from handmade crafts to tasty treats. 

The atmosphere was electric, with attendees shopping and enthusiastically cheering for these young business owners as they shared their passions and skills. In addition to the marketplace, the event featured exciting attractions for everyone. 

As a proud sponsor, we felt privileged to once again support an event that fosters a spirit of inclusion in the community. Witnessing children of all abilities working together, backed by their peers and families, was truly inspiring. This event continues to leave a lasting impression, promoting understanding, opportunity, and joy for many.
