The Tucson Subaru Pets of Pima Parade & Friends of PACC Festival (POPP) is a celebration of the bond between pets and people. Pet owners across Tucson and Pima County are invited to join in and show off their beloved animal companions of various shapes, sizes, and species!

Join Lerner & Rowe + ALT AZ 93.3 as we support Valley of the Sun United Way‘s Pantry Packs program! Your contribution helps provide a set menu of “shelf-stable pantry items” allowing families to stretch their food dollars.

The goal of the program is to provide Pantry Packs to 1,500 students in Maricopa County every month during the school year, to ensure they and their families have food staples to get them through the month. United Way is partnering with the Roosevelt, Cartwright and Murphy Elementary School Districts, and Academia Del Pueblo and Frank Elementary School. United Way supplies the packs and participating schools determine which families have the highest need.

Mikey’s League makes it possible for athletes with disabilities to play alongside their non-disabled peers. In 2023, more than 300 youth with physical and/or cognitive disabilities participated in the organizations flag football, basketball, and ice hockey programs. To help raise funds for future programs, Mikey’s League will run a golf tournament on February 3, 2024 at Dobson Ranch in Mesa. It should be a fun, relaxed day.

Funds from this tournament will allow Mikey’s League to continue expanding programming well into 2024.
