The Tucson Subaru Pets of Pima Parade & Friends of PACC Festival (POPP) is a celebration of the bond between pets and people. Pet owners across Tucson and Pima County are invited to join in and show off their beloved animal companions of various shapes, sizes, and species!
The annual parade is also a fun way for Friends of Pima Animal Care Center (Friends of PACC) to help raise awareness and funds to support PACC and its community-based lifesaving work.
