Proceeds from this event help fund research to find treatment and a cure for patients battling Trigeminal Neuralgia, also known as “the suicide disease”.
Our team enjoyed an evening of stand-up comedy and raising funds for The Facial Pain Research Foundation.

For the third year in a row, Lerner and Rowe Gives Back donated $3,000 towards the Night of Hope Gala in support of Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels (AHRA). The organization greatly benefits from all supporters of this annual fundraiser as funds given help underwrite the evening’s expenses.
Donations also make it possible for AHRA to provide free supportive services to families impacted by childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

AHRA offers a variety of supportive programs to include:
Comfort and Care counseling
Comfycozy’s Care Pack for Chemo apparel
Financial assistance
Family Life peer-to-peer support program
Major Distraction events for childhood cancer warriors and their families
Peer-to-peer support for the whole family is provided by the Family Life program. And, lastly, Financial Assistance is given to help offset medical costs by providing families with little warriors groceries, meals, and assistance with paying utilities.

On Saturday, September 17 our Las Vegas outreach team enjoyed spending the morning with nearly a thousand superheroes at the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada’s annual Superhero 5K run and 1-mile walk. We were delighted to spend the morning meeting so many runners, walkers, and support members who came out dressed in creative and colorful superhero outfits.

2022 marks the twelfth year we have actively supported the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada. During that time the Superhero 5K has become a favorite fundraiser for our team. This is especially true since ALL funds raised from the Candlelighters Superhero 5K is given back to directly benefit the children and families assisted by Candlelighters.

Lerner and Rowe Gives Back has donated $3,500 as a sponsor of the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation’s (NFFF) 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at Talking Stick Fields in Scottsdale, Arizona. This annual event is a repeated favorite of our teams as it honors the memory of the heroic men and women who selflessly gave their lives during the tragic aftermath of the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001.
Additionally, the Salt Water 9/11 Stair Climb specifically raises funds to support programs provided by the NFFF to assist families of local fallen firefighters and the FDNY Counseling Services Unit.

For the sixth year, participants will gather to climb the equivalent of 110 stories in representation of the 110 stories inside the World Trade Center. Each climber will have the honor of carrying a photo of one of our fallen heroes.
For 2022, we’ll have a booth set up at the event and two team members will join others in carrying a photo in remembrance of a fallen hero.

Lerner & Rowe gives back by sponsoring Mission One Foundation’s 4th Annual Veteran’s of Valor event this past Saturday at Bulldog Park, in Crown Point, Indiana. Mission One Foundation works to provide support services to our veterans and first responders.
At the event, a car was donated to a veteran in need and donations were made to two families of fallen first responders.

Our Lerner and Rowe Gives Back team members in Illinois and Indiana helped make sure that 1,150 kids went home with free backpacks loaded with school supplies during two separate 2022 back to school giveaways held in Chicago and Merrillville this month.
We are grateful for our community partners who helped make these free events such a success! We are equally thrilled to have had the chance to meet and interact with our neighbors in a fun and relaxed setting.

FREE Back to School Event in Las Vegas
Our Las Vegas team partnered with Clark County School District Police and the Latin Chamber of Commerce for a spectacular 2022 Las Vegas Backpack Giveaway at The Boulevard Mall on Saturday, August 6th.
During the FREE back to school giveaway, we handed out over 1,000 backpacks along with all the required school supplies.
