This year, we had the joy of celebrating 28 remarkable organizations at our second Arizona Grant Cycle Charities Reception. The evening was filled with warmth and inspiration as we highlighted the incredible work these nonprofits do to strengthen communities across Arizona.

Our 2025 grant recipients address a wide range of vital community needs, reflecting our commitment to giving back and creating meaningful change in three key areas: youth programs, health and human services, and public safety. From providing essential resources to vulnerable families, to offering educational programs that empower underserved youth, and advancing healthcare services while promoting safety and wellbeing for adults and children—each organization is making a real difference in lives across the state.

We are deeply thankful to everyone who joined us, including our dedicated Lerner & Rowe Gives Back team, community supporters, and, of course, the inspiring grant recipients themselves. The evening was a heartfelt reminder of what we can achieve when we come together with compassion and purpose.

Looking ahead, we remain committed to supporting Arizona’s communities and the impactful work of these organizations. Together, we can create lasting change and uplift those who need it most.

We hosted our annual Phoenix Thanksgiving Meal Giveaway at Grand Canyon University, providing free Thanksgiving meal packages to 800 families in Phoenix. Each package included a backpack filled with traditional holiday fixings and a gift card for a protein of the family’s choice, helping local households navigate rising grocery costs.

The Thanksgiving Meal Giveaway in Phoenix is part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the community, offering resources and outreach throughout the year.

Yesterday at the National Philanthropy Day celebration, Lerner & Rowe Gives Back was honored with the “Outstanding Corporation” award from the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) of Northwest Indiana .

This recognition celebrates the meaningful impact Lerner & Rowe continues to make by providing critical funding, resources, and support to nonprofits and families throughout Northwest Indiana.

Arianna Hensley, our outreach director for Illinois and Northwest Indiana, proudly accepted the award on behalf of the team.

Lerner & Rowe hosted its annual Tucson Thanksgiving Meal Giveaway at the Tucson Convention Center, distributing 800 meal packages filled with all the fixings for a traditional holiday dinner. Families were invited to walk up and receive their Thanksgiving meals, along with free snacks and Lerner & Rowe Gives Back swag items, while supplies lasted.

The event brought warmth and joy to families across Southern Arizona, providing them with complete holiday meals and goodies to share. Children and parents alike left with smiles, feeling cared for and supported, creating a sense of togetherness and community during the Thanksgiving season.

On Sunday, November 9, our Lerner & Rowe team made its second stop in North Las Vegas where we hosted a festive and heartfelt Thanksgiving meal giveaway at Mojave High School. In partnership with the Clark County School District Police and Mojave High School, the event brought hundreds of families together to kick off the holiday season.

Guests were welcomed to the outdoor festival area, where our team and dedicated volunteers handed out 750 Thanksgiving meal packages filled with all the essentials for a classic holiday feast. Families also received fun Lerner & Rowe swag items as a special takeaway.

The energy and smiles were everywhere, capturing the essence of the season—caring for others, sharing joy, and coming together as a community.

Lerner & Rowe kicked off the 2025 Thanksgiving Turkey Tour in Albuquerque with a heartwarming meal giveaway at the Expo New Mexico Fairgrounds. The event took place Friday, November 7, and brought together hundreds of local families.

During this free holiday event, our team distributed 1,000 Thanksgiving meal packages packed with all the essentials for a traditional holiday feast. Guests also received fun Lerner & Rowe swag items to take home as another token of appreciation.

It was a wonderful way to start the holiday season and connect with the Albuquerque community we’re so proud to serve. The smiles, laughter, and spirit of giving made the evening truly memorable.

The Thanksgiving Turkey Tour will continue spreading holiday cheer across other cities—one meal, one family, and one community at a time.

Lerner & Rowe Gives Back was proud to sponsor the Firefighters Unite Against Cancer Gala at the $10,000 level, hosted by the 493 Firefighter Foundation on November 1, 2025 at the The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. 

This inspiring evening brought together community members, businesses, and families in support of firefighters battling occupational cancer. The program featured a moving short film highlighting the risks firefighters face, a live and silent auction, gourmet dining, and entertainment—all supporting the foundation’s mission to offer financial assistance, education, and holistic support to firefighters and their families.

Through our sponsorship, we proudly reaffirmed our commitment to supporting those who dedicate their lives to protecting others.

Lerner & Rowe Gives Back was proud to support United Way Northwest Indiana’s 2025 Day of Caring with a $2,500 sponsorship that helped power the region’s largest single-day volunteer event. Held on August 1, 2025, the Day of Caring united more than 650 volunteers across 80 service projects that strengthened local nonprofits and improved neighborhoods throughout Northwest Indiana.

Lerner & Rowe team members had the pleasure of volunteering at the 2025 Special Olympics Arizona’s Fall Games in Surprise, Arizona. It was an athletic event that was filled with energy, sportsmanship, and inspiration. The atmosphere was electric as athletes gave their all in competition, showing incredible dedication and teamwork.

Representing Lerner & Rowe Gives Back, Timothy Polinski and Taylor Origel assisted with scorekeeping, game monitoring, and medal presentations for the bocce games. Timothy also helped present medals to winners, celebrating each athlete’s hard work and determination. The medalists included AJ and Ryan in black (Gold), Serina and Megan in purple (Silver), and Sarah and Ryan in red (Bronze).

Special Olympics continues to highlight the power of perseverance, inclusion, and unity. These values closely align with Lerner & Rowe’s mission to make a positive impact in the communities we serve.
